What data we collect and why we collect it

When a customer has a job created, we require the name, address and telephone number to enable us to contact customers during the order process.  We have to keep a record on file of invoices created etc for accounting purposes. Customer data consists of company names and addresses held on our accounting system, which is a legal requirement for businesses for tax purposes, to record transactions Contact names and phone numbers are stored along with this data, so we can get in touch with you, to tell you that your order is ready.

How is the information stored?

All records are stored in a password-protected database which is stored offline.

How long is the data kept?

At this point in time, no limit has been set due to the nature of repeat work.

Can I see my data and/or request removal?

Customers can ask to see what data is being held and a copy can be made available. Requests for removal are to be made via email. Records will be removed on request within 48 hours. Please email design@srprint.co.uk 

Will my data be sold to 3rd parties?

Your data will never be sold to third parties. The company does not hold or gather up any customer data purely for marketing purposes, and has no intention of doing so.
